Everything here is free to use. The parcel map and the closing cost calculator run on this site; the other two are separate products we point you at rather than mirror.

Utah Parcel Map

Parcel boundaries, parcel numbers and county lines for all 29 Utah counties, drawn over Utah GIS basemaps. Search by address or parcel number, jump to a county, or use "Find me" to locate yourself in the field.

Owner of record is published for Salt Lake County. The other 28 counties publish parcels without owner names, so the record links straight through to that county's assessor.

Works best on a phone — "Find me" needs a secure connection and your permission, and the panel collapses to a bottom sheet so the map keeps the screen.

Closing Cost Calculator & Seller Net Sheet

Three estimates in one place: a seller net sheet showing what the seller walks away with, and buyer and refinance title and escrow charges. Every figure you enter is carried in the page's address, so you can copy the link and send your client the same sheet you are looking at.

The rate table behind it is a placeholder awaiting review — the page says so on every screen. Nothing it prints is a quote until that is done.

A number is only useful if you know what it is made of. These explain the line items a closing-cost estimate is built from:

Not a tool, but useful

Our guides cover the parts of a Utah closing a map cannot help with — split closings, wire fraud and seller impersonation, and switching title companies mid-transaction.
